We’re looking for an Investment Intern to join our IRIS early-stage investment team in Berlin between May – September 2026 (minimum 4 months, longer preferred).

The role offers hands-on exposure to sourcing, research, and deal execution, working closely with Principal/Partner-level investors. A great opportunity to learn the full VC process from the inside.

What You'll Do

• Source and screen startups through market research and founder outreach
• Conduct due diligence: market analysis, competitive landscape, financial assessment
• Build financial models to support investment evaluation
• Prepare investment memos and pitch summaries for internal review
• Track deal flow and support portfolio companies
• Thematic research and sector deep-dives

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in venture capital, VC-backed startups, or management consulting
• Strong analytical, research, and written communication skills
• Proactive and intellectually curious, with a genuine interest in B2B technology - particularly in the AI application layer and AI infrastructure
• Currently enrolled in or graduated from a top-tier university
