🧩 Role and team

While the investment team brings industry and stages expertise, the Communications and Marketing team is dedicated to making IRIS and its Venture and Growth portfolio companies visible to their core audiences through media, social, events and content publication across Europe, with a special focus on France and Germany.

Reporting to the Director of Communications, the Marketing and Communications Manager is dedicated to making IRIS’ voice heard, developing and representing IRIS brand through content, online and offline events. Your role is to contribute to our marketing efforts, operate our community platform, lead our content strategy, structure our external outreaches with our community, identify and use the best tools to ensure IRIS shares the best content with the best people most efficiently.

You are also part of the Operating team, helping our startups grow well, internationally and for long.

****📣Job description

As a Marketing and Communications Manager, you will create and source content, operate our social media and communications channels, manage dynamically our CRM platform and collaborate with all teams.

Main responsibilities:

• Help building, execute, evaluate and improve IRIS communications outreach: newsletters creation, social media management, dynamic contacts list management, editorial creation and sourcing
• Create and organise events for our communities (founders, ecosystem, investors…)
• Identify and structure key partners for our fund and startups growth
• Lead IRIS social media channels: on top of current trends, you source and create content for our team (mates) and companies
• Build and activate a community strategy for the IRIS Club gathering founders, C levels and investors, through digital outreach, events and dedicated content
